How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Excellent product, has two hot wind speeds. Dries clothes very quickly. It has No yellow light. Has a blue sanitizer light.
Good product. However, it is more efficient for thin fabric clothing. Since if you put thick garments to dry, they must be between two or three garments
In my apt there is no sun, so I suffered a lot in clothes that did not dry. This dryer is very good, it fits 8 hangers, so you can dry several pieces at once. I leave 120 minutes at Speed 2 and it's enough to dry the clothes (if it's a thicker piece as a bath towel, it needs more time). As all the air is concentrated near the engine, longer parts tend to get wet at the bottom, but nothing that half an hour does not solve. For me who always wore stinky clothes because they didn't dry, the experience with this product is being amazing, it's saving me too much. Is not noisy, the noise of it is quite small, the remote control works very well, the outlet model EU is 220V. You can take it on trips too because it becomes a small and compact box. Was worth every penny to me. It is not a professional/industrial dryer, but it fulfills its role well.

Super good, I bought it for the rainy season, it is the first time that I put it with a load of clothes, I put 2 pants, 10 shirts, 5 pairs of socks and underwear at speed 2 for 2 hours and came out almost completely dry, Except that the pants down felt a little damp but nothing very relevant, also important that I put the clothes in after spinning it, I do not put it completely wet, for a person who lives alone and in the rainy season I think it is very good, I don't know how much it will go up because it is one of the first times I use it but I don't think it will go up much.

We received the product and used it for about 4 hours. The size of the place where the clothes are put is small, so it seems suitable to dry the towel or the degree within. The heat is hotter than you think, so you should know that in the case of a plastic hanger like in the photo, it can be bent. It seems to me. You may be reluctant to dry expensive or sparse clothes. Other than that, there has been no problem in operation yet, and it seems that the performance has complied with it.
