Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

For anyone with doubts is bivolt. I auditioned with a pair of jeans, T-shirts, a pair of thick socks and underpants, all pieces just spun once in the machine. The T-shirts, socks and underpants dried in approximately one hours, the jeans in two and a half hours. In a time of emergency helps too much, especially on rainy days.
For the little I tested, it looks excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

I made the purchase because if you suck the padding and pat it dry with a dryer when it is slightly damp, the filling will survive well. It's turning it off for about a dozen seconds. At first I thought it was a failure.
